We are located in the heart of Chicago’s Little India — an ethnically diverse neighborhood of people from India and Pakistan, as well as from Bangladesh, Nepal and Afghanistan.  Our community is comprised of many Muslims and Hindus, but also Sikhs, Christians, Zoroastrians and more.

The South Asian Friendship Center is a Christian bookstore where the community can browse books, make photocopies, fax or surf the web.  We always have a hot pot of chai (tea) brewing for friends old and new.

It is also our desire to express the love of Jesus Christ to our neighbors, often through teaching English as a Second Language, assisting local kids with their homework, and walking side-by-side with friends through life’s highs and lows. Of course, helping people find new life, forgiveness, and victory over evil through Jesus Christ is the very best we have to offer.
